Exchange Policy

• Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
• Exchange is available for wrong size, wrong item, or manufacturing defect only
• Customer must provide unboxing video as proof for exchange claims

How to Exchange

2. Share your order number and unboxing video
3. Our team will verify and guide you through the process
4. Exchange item will be dispatched after receiving the original item

Exchange is NOT applicable if:

• Item has been used, washed, or altered
• Tags have been removed
• No unboxing video is provided
• Exchange request is made after 3 days
• Item was purchased on sale
